Ingredients

  • 8 store bought sponge cake dessert cups
  • 3 vanilla pudding snack cups
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries, thawed
  • Fresh boysenberries, for garnish
  • Strawberry syrup

Directions

Unwrap dessert cups and toast each side on grill.

In a bowl, combine the vanilla pudding cups, whipped topping and thawed mixed berries. Stir to combine.

Spoon berry cream mixture into dessert cups and garnish with fresh berries and strawberry syrup.

    What could be better than a healthy mixture of chemicals, fat, sugar and freezer burned fruit!!

    i eliminated the strawberry syrup, skipped the grill and used instant pudding and they were delicious....and very easy. my mother-in-law loved it so much she made the recipe herslef the next day

    I used tapioca ready made pudding.
    then I used cool whip mixed together,
    then I cut up Fresh Strawberries and mashed a few with a little pdr sugar sprinkled in with the berrries for the sweetness.
    ....I did not grill my cups.... spooned it over cake~cups and topped it with a spoonful more crushed/smashed fresh Strawberries, and mine was just great.
    YUMMMMMY
    ....try it..... I did not use strawberry syrup.
