Wow! It's very rare that a recipe can be this easy and still pack a delicious punch. Hats off to you, Sandra! It really took the right amount of time that was listed, and I was shocked at how well the mint and feta worked together. This one is a KEEPER!

Different! A bit bland as is. Needed to add more seasonings like salt, pepper and just whatever sounds good. I'm thinking of trying fine chopped bacon to give it an edge next. Still giving it 5 stars because I would make it again.

I love this recipe! I don't normally cook with mint it's not my favorite, but this salad turned me into a mint lover! I made this with normal feta with herbs (my store didn't carry garlic however I did add garlic power and it was still just as delicious. We had friends over for dinner and they mentioned they have tried to re-create it multiple times they loved it so much!

Made this for a Memorial Day bbq. Normally, we would not subject my friends to such a recipe, but we figured it was harmless and we needed to make something new for our semi-edible blog (http://semi-edible.blogspot.com/.

    It
needed more dressing and needed to be dolled up (we follow the recipe exactly for the blog. I would suggest adding basil, lemon zest and something crunchy like pine nuts.

Very good. My husband who is not a big pasta eater went back for seconds. I served it with a lamb chops and it was a great meal. I loved the mint in it. Can't wait to try it on my siblings. We are alway trying out new recipes on each other.

I did a double recipe for a dinner party and my guests loved it.
I added toasted, slivered almonds for some crunch.

As the recipe indicates, this is a very simple and fast dish to make. I made it today for a church picnic and used 16 ounces of orzo which made a nice size bowl to serve a larger crowd. I added a whole bag (16 ounces of peas and about 10 ounces of traditional feta cheese. I used a Greek Vinaigrette salad dressing by Kraft that I really like and it has bits of feta and spices in the dressing, so I didn't need to use "seasoned" feta cheese. I sniped a few pieces of fresh mint from my neighbors garden since it's a fresh herb I don't usually buy. The salad was served slightly chilled,

Again, a very easy to make and tasty pasta dish. Something a little different from a more traditional pasta salad.
