Great way to use up leftover spaghetti and meatballs. Recipe was very easy to make. One suggestion would be to reserve more then the recommended about of sauce for dipping. I would definitely make it again.

I love Sandra Lee, be it, Homemade or Money Saving Ideas. Even if the recipe is not a food our family eats I always learn something I can use. It may just be to use the grocery sack to put my fries on and leave in the oven @ 200 degrees but I take something from every show. If I don't have time for any TV- I make time for Sandra at 1:00!

These were very easy and my family (even my picky teen loved them. I did add a bit more sauce and used mozza cheese and mexican 4 cheese for the filling. I also brushed a little olive oil over the top toward the end to crisp it up on the top more. Crispy and tasty! Will make this again

This is a place to rate the recipe not play doctor. If you are worried about her health send her an email. Some people just have to find something to pick at. This comes from the bible I believe "you point out a splinter in another person while you have a plank in your eye".

I think Sandra's looked pretty bad these last several times I've seen her on her shows. In some shots, she looks "super" old (can she please quit using "super" all the time, as in Super Simple! Super Easy! Interesting about the long sleeves; I'll watch out for that. Am just starting to watch Money Saving Meals, as I'm not usually a fan of her unhealthy cooking. I usually take what she does and modify to use fresh ingredients, which is hard b/c she's so into processed foods. Maybe all that junk got to her?

Great recipe. As a longtime fan, however, I am very concerned about Sandra's recent health and well-being, particularly as shown by her appearance in this video. Her skin is bright red, indicating perhaps a skin condition such as rosacea or too much exposure to sun or chemicals, and her eyebrows are almost non-existent. She is wearing dangerously long sleeves, so I'm wondering if maybe she got burned during the filming, thus scorching her skin and eyebrows? She also looks much thinner than she did in her previous "Semi-Homemade" show, and it looks as if she might be trying to disguise her weight loss with the billowy blouse she is wearing. I think maybe Food Network is working her too hard, and they should do a better job of taking care of the well-being of their TV hosts. I do appreciate the 180-degree turn that Sandra did from "Semi-Homemade" to this show, as she is now offering truly useful information on how to budget your food dollars. (Disclaimer: I did bash her a bit in another recipe review because her dollar amounts don't make sense to me, but I do think her general money-saving tips are helpful. But please, Food Network, give Sandra the help she needs to be healthy again.
