Where do you people see "coconut" anywhere in the name of the recipe ?

Although a huge fan of cranberries, I didn't care for the flavor with this dessert. Next time, if I made it again, I would make a raspberry sauce (Ina Gartens is great. As for white chocolate mousse, this may seem tacky but make Gale Gands..Its one I'm sure you'll like if you are a fan of white chocolate like me. Just be sure you have 2 days to spare. (See recipe

Firstly, there's no coconut in this recipe, not sure why the title says coconut!? The mousse is extremely sweet, but contrasts nicely with the cranberries. I made the coulis myself from frozen cranberries, cornstarch & cranberry juice, just simmered them together until they thickened; cooled it down & put it on top of the mousse!

I have been searching for this recipe ever since seeing it made on the show. It was definitely called something else on the show - Cranberry Ganache? I hate coconut so almost didn't even look at this recipe. Can't wait to try it now.

Why is this called "White Chocolate Coconut Mousse with Cranberry Sauce" when there is no coconut listed in the ingredients? Is something missing from the recipe?
    Thank you.
