This is one of those instances where all the ingredients are wonderful, but somehow they come together terribly. For me, this dish was inedible, and my husband was able to eat most of one portion, but ended up feeling ill and we threw away all the rest. The sausage was mushy, the turkey was blah, and the olives and artichokes just couldn't salvage the weird combination. Such a sad waste of time and money. Blech.

I have never cooked any of the "Semi-Homemade" recipes before, but I was looking for a slow cooker recipe for a boneless turkey breast. I like all the ingredients seperately, but together it was the strangest tasting (and not in a good way "stew" I have ever had. Also it calls for Linguica sausage which I caouldn't even find at my gourmet food shop, but other FN recipes say substitute spanish chorizo sausage. That was not a good fit as it is a dried sausage and when it sat on top of the turkey, as instructed, it dries out even further - it should have been put in the bottom with the vegtables and liquids. Overall, a real waste of time and money for ingredients.
