Boil the water, sugar and fruit purees for one minute to make a simple syrup. Remove from the heat and add citrus juices.
This mixture can be mixed with a red or white wine or a sparkling wine. Mix six ounces of the wine with approximately two ounces of the sangria mixture and top with a splash of Sprite.
Serve with a garnish of fruits of your choosing.
