Excellent, like I remember it! I've changed it up before with pork tenderloin slices, etc. Yummy!

This was an excellent version of this dish. I usually use ground pork for this dish but decided to try ground turkey instead and it was an excellent substitute. I used the 93/7 (7% fat turkey and it was the perfect substitute texture for the ground pork. Thanks Sara for an excellent recipe!

Sub ground turkey for ground pork to lighten it up. It needed more salt and spice for my taste, but if you're making it kid friendly a salt shaker and a bottle of sriracha on the table for mom & dad (and any brave little ones! should do the trick. Overall, very good and super easy, SO and I think it would probably be a good repository for veggies like onions, bell peppers or snow peas as well, just add them in before the cabbage.

Smiple and tasty - kids love it. Tree = noodle and Ant = Grounded meat, so the ground pork should attached to the noodle.

The recipe sounds like a spicy ramen noodle soup I'm addicted to from a far away Asian restaurant so I had to try it. The flavor comes close! I used fresh chinese egg noodles and overcooked them so it was mushy. I added about 1/4 cup sesame seeds in my attempt to duplicate above mentioned soup. I will try this again with more chili paste and either ramen or the bean threads the recipe calls for. I really liked the ground pork but could use less.

My husband and I made this in less than 30 minutes and it was awesome!! It tasted so good, and let me tell you that as soon as you put the chili sauce and ginger mixture in you'll know that it's a great meal. Enjoy!

I make this recipe on a regular basis. I substitute ground turkey for pork, 100% whole wheat angel hair for cellophane noodles, and add carrots. Yum!

Tried this recipe last week with the ground pork and it was great. This week we used boneless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces and it was even better. And for a little extra we also added water chestnuts.
