    Very good, but hard to roll. Much easier if you use the traditional egg roll wrappers.

    I made these and they were good. The large strips of pork were difficult to work with. I think next time I will chop them into smaller pieces. Also, I deep fried them and served them with the soy dipping sauce and a sweet fruit one. Most people preferred the fruit one.
