There two Exact recipes by Cathy Lowe and 1 has 4 stars the other has 5. Why? They are both the same and delicious.

I think you meant orange cheddar cheese instead of oranges. Who proofreads these recipes?I am making tis tonight and will rate it later.

I made this to bring to a friend's house to have with her chili. I was embarassed that after just 10 minutes out of the oven it was hard and dry...

I've made this recipe many times in a 12" cast iron skillet with great results. The corn makes a very nice ingredient when you bite into it. I generally use very sharp cheddar for the cheese. I'm going to try mixing in a little spelt flour with the white flour next time.

I've made this dish many times both with jalapenos and without them. If I'm making it without the jalapenos, I add some extra sugar to make a sweet cornbread. Either way, this recipe always a hit. Thanks again, Sara, for another great dish.

This turned out to be the most delicious cornbread I've ever made. I made a few adjustments .. I didn't put the corn in or the jalepenos & I used pepperjack cheese instead of cheddar.
