ugh. Maybe I went wrong somewhere, but I don't think I did. I thought this was terrible! Bleh, I ended up tossing this out in the garbage after a few bites. While I love some of Sara's recipes, like her recipe for 'perfect hash browns' this one I thought was a junker! My mom tried it and refused to eat as well!

CERTAINLY MISS SARA ON FNN, BUT THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF MY FAVORITES FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IT'S LIKE A CHEESE SANDWICH TAKEN TO NEW HEIGHTS. THE SOUFFLE IS INCREDIBLY LIGHT. WITH A LIGHT SALAD AND GLASS OF WINE, IT IS SUMPTIOUS FARE. EVEN THE KIDS LOVE IT.

I finally got a chance to make this recipe and it beat my highest expectations! I was delighted to try this for a late breakfast / early lunch. The bread and egg mixture cooked-up light and fluffy ... a great change from pie crust. I am definately making this with a simple side salad the next time I want to make an impressive-looking lunch with a tiny bit of effort.

I had to throw together a brunch at the last minute and I came across this recipe. It was so easy and my guests absolutely loved it. I use a crusty whole grain baguette and it gave it a wonderful nutty quality that was really good. I will definitely use this one again.

My husband made me this for Mother's Day and I was very pleased in that he is not much of a cook and that I usually get the same pancakes or waffles. So this was different and it was good that I kept it in the recipe box.

This is a wonderful brunch dish. I used the smoked muenster cheese, and found it had great flavor. It is definitely great reheated for leftovers too. Just another plus.
Of course a person could add optional ingredients such as sun dried tomatos, quartered artichoke hearts, etc. but even as is, its great.
    Thank you
