Great taste and incredibly easy. My husband thought it was delicious and must have been difficult.

    Thank you!

So easy! Dish was great, and my boyfriend said this is a dish he'd want it again.
Sauce was more acidic than I'd like and slightly salty with the capers, so I'll add less salt bc the capers are amazing! I served over angel hair pasta.

Next time going to try Giada's version I think.

The best recipe for this dish I have found on FN, and I've tried Giada's, Ina's and others.

The lemon was not overpowering and was subtle, which made it stand out.

A very good chicken piccata dish. My husband doesn't like overwhelmingly lemon dishes, and while the lemon taste was present in this dish, it wasn't overbearing. There wasn't a large amount of prep which is always nice. Make sure you make it in a big enough skillet - I used a 10" which was way too small so I had to finish my chicken in batches!

I really liked this recipe. I'm a big fan of chicken piccatta and decided I should try to make it myself. I was a little nervous because the sauce was a darker color than I am used to seeing in restaurants and much thinner, but it tasted perfect. I might try thickening it with corn starch, as some people have suggested, but maybe not. I served the chicken with spaghetti noodles and there was plenty of sauce. My boyfriend loved it, too. I love making my favorite restaurant dishes in my own kitchen and I will definitely make this again.

MMMMMMMMMMMM, I LOVE THIS!!!! I have made it exactly as the recipe states and I have replaced 1/2 cup of the Chicken Stock with white cooking wine and both ways are fantastic!! My husband is the pickiest eater alive, I do believe and even he loves it. This recipe will definitely be located in my must make regularly recipe list!!

I make this often with chicken or pork...my favorite piccata recipe! I like sauce so I usually double the liquid ingredients so I have extra to go around, and I turn up the notch on the lemon flavor as well...delicious.
