It was very good, but it takes a bit of effort - but if it tastes good, it's worth it. I think if you use homemade chicken broth, it would even be better - as Sara recommends.

I whipped this recipe up in no time...and it's delicious! The ingredients are mostly things you have in your fridge or pantry anyway.

My boyfriend decided to make this for me on our anniversary. When I first saw the recipe, I was skeptical. No tomato sauce? All light, clear ingrediants? This is going to taste awful! WRONG!! So flavorful and juicy. The perfect combination of ingrediants!

This is it.. my new perfect lemon chicken. Tastes just like the one at our favorite restaurant... and not super greasy or overly lemony... THANKS!!!

I have made this several times and it has turned out wonderfully. And I am by no means a "good" cook. I have also given this recipe to everyone and those who have made it also love it!

The only change I made was using a gallon size ziploc bag to pound the chicken in. The plastic wrap kept moving around and getting holes in it.

Wonderful recipe... Everyone I've served this dish to loved it! I cut the butter in the sauce in half and served with couscous which soaks up all the flavorful sauce.

cooked it for dinner and husband LOVED it. tasted a little tangy and husband asked me to keep the recipe to make it again.i made the chicken n' sauce separately so that the chicken wasn't soggy.
