I tried this receipe and it was good, but the lemon overwhelmed it. I think with just a little less lemon it would be perfect. I'll will try this again and make some adjustments.

After going to all of the effort to cook this meal it was quite bland tasting. I thought it would have more flavor to it. Someone needs to spice it up!

This was first stab at making chicken piccata and it was so easy! I had most of the ingredients on hand; which made it an easy weeknight meal. Wasn't sure if I would like capers, but I thought they added to the flavor of the sauce. Will make again!

This version is so easy, I always make it for a dinner partys and everyone simply loves it. Some tips...it's important to get the chicken thin enough so it all cooks evenly. I buy the big package of chicken breasts when they go on sale and freeze them. I couldn't deal with the rolling pin or pounding them so I simply sliced the chicken in half length wise ( easy when a little frozen and let it sit in the fridge until ready to use. Also everyone liked the dish when I added a little more lemon juice and capers, it gave more flavor. I served this with over fresh linguini and crusty bread to mop up the delicious sauce. THIS IS A WINNER !!!

This recipe is not only amazing but is so easy, and can look fancy and hard to do. This is a MUST TRY.

I made this on a weeknight with ingredients I had on-hand and it was a hit! Even my very picky 2-year=old was gobbling it up! What a perfect meal to really dazzle your guests!
