Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt, preferably whole-milk
- 1/4 cup finely diced, seeded cucumber
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
Directions
To make the sauce, whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
