These weren't terribly flavorful, in my opinion. Maybe it was the potatoes, and not the recipe. I couldn't really tell that there was buttermilk in here, which I thought was strange.
Again, it might have been the potatoes.

This is a very easy and delicious recipe for an everyday food. These potatoes were very light and fluffy and had a wonderfull flavor. We will be keeping this recipe handy and look forward to adding little extras to it.
