    my boyfriend almost died of choking he ate this one so fast. don't be afraid to use shelf spices for the pistou, it tastes just as good.

    The receipe was very easy to follow, a no brainer. To date I've done it 3 times, once with salmon steak. the big plus with the fillet is the skin. If you like salmon, you'll love this!
