    So easy and elegant. The only thing I did differently, was to pour the creme into separate dishes/ramekins instead of the one container. I find this method far superior to the water bath.

    Sometimes I just use a large metal bowl over bowling water, s long as it doesn't touch the water, it's sometimes easier, due to the ability to whisk and not have to get into corners.

    I'm surprised nobody has rated this until now. This is by far the easiest creme brulee one can ever make. It's fast & no cooking in the oven. I have made this for the past 6-7 years & everybody always raves about it. A definite keeper!
