This has become a staple at our house -I make it every week. (My husband LOVES cole slaw. I vary it slightly - I use two packages of angel hair coleslaw/cabbage mix and also reduce sugar (to 1/2 cup and oil (to 1/3 cupto reduce calories. Also use white vinegar since it makes the final product look more visually appealing. Also add celery seed and use red pepper. This is an easy recipe and very good!

I LOVE marinated coleslaw, and this recipe is quick and easy! Instead of grating the cabbage myself, I just use two or three bags of the mix from the store... there is plenty of marinade for it!
