    I'd say to just stick with regular hummus. This is just ok.

    I drizzled the final product with black truffle oil before serving. Lots of raves for such an easy appetizer.

    This is easy and delicious with a rich taste that won't make you, or your guests, feel deprived for eating something light instead of a heavy mayonnaise or cheese based dip. It can be made a day or two in advance and stored in the freezer. I've gotten raves from guests.
