I have made this recipe twice and everyone loves it. One time I added prosciutto which gave this dish an extra zing.

I used a little less tomatoes (2 pint/$5 at my stop and shop and goat cheese, but it still came out perfect!

I absolutely love this recipe. It's simple and delicious - you just need time to roast the tomatoes. I can't wait to make it for friends or family!

This recipe was very easy to make with only a few ingredients. It was delicious! The tomatoes take a while to roast and they sort of fall apart in the pasta but they do add a lot of flavor.
Chevre goat cheese has a slightly sour taste which makes the overall dish somewhat tart but everyone seemed to like it.
Really easy to make, I'd make it again for another party!

I didn't have time to slow-roast the tomatoes, so I substituted some tomato sauce. I also cut down the recipe (since I was cooking only for myself to 1/3 lb pasta, 2 oz cheese. It was still awesome, and took only 15 minutes to cook. Great recipe!

This was really great! This is coming from a true foodie!!! I added a very small sliver of fresh garlic on top of each tomato half - well worth the effort. Be careful not to burn the garlic. This was creamy - not overpowered by the goat cheese - great tomato flavor. Will definately make over and over.

Excellent and easy! Sara was right the pasta cooking liquid and the goat cheese make a wonderful creamy sauce. I loved the roasted tomatoes! You could even add grilled shrimp or chicken. I would serve this to company and my small children as well.
