This is great dough! It creates a light pizza that lets the flavors of the toppings come through. I rolled it thin (personal preference. It does rise a bit during cooking but not much.

Great recipe. True and accurate. Makes 2 14 inch, although I made 4 7inch individual pizzas so that my kids could make their own pizza. I will now be hosting a pizza party this weekend. Thank you.

This is the best pizza dough recipe I've found yet. Also, very easy to make. This will be my go-to dough from now on.

This is a great dough recipe for beginners, who are just learning about breads. It was easy and turned out DELICIOUS!! My husband loved it. It is even great if you stuff the crust by rolling cheese into it around the edges. It turned out nice and crunchy on the bottom. It was a pizza crust I would want to eat, not just eat the cheese and meat off of it!!

I am an avid pizza consumer, but only an amateur cook. Now that I have this recipe, however, I feel like a pro, because the pizza turns out great every time. Although it works either way, once the dough has been punched down and put on the pizza pan, I let it rise for about 10 minutes before I add the sauce and toppings. Experiment with it to find just the thickness/thinness you prefer. I have had rave reviews from all who have had this pizza! The true road to success is doing it a few times until you get it right. Thanks foodnetwork.com!
