This is the best dough! I put in double the salt and it was excellent! Also for the most delicious dinner rolls, divide into 12 pieces, shape, and bake at 350 til dark golden brown! Molto Bene!!!!

I didn't even have a mixer - just used a wooden spoon to make the dough, and it still turned out great. Plus, it's easy to save for later if you have excess, and I personally enjoy having pizza parties where guests can personalize their own little meal.

Worked both with wife's wish for thin and cripy and my wish for a thicker chewier crust. Good and easy to follow. The corn meal and parchment paper ideas are great ideas!!

I only used the dough portion of this recipe, and it turned out great.
