    This glaze and sauce for the pork medallions has a wonderful flavor. I have used it as the recipe specifies and also in a variation with pork chops. Truly a taste treat.

    This is an absolutely lovely recipe. It looked wonderful on TV and it WAS wonderful and it was easy. I am immediately forwarding it to my 3 busy daughters. We will all treasure it.

    My husband Does Not really care for pork, however he really liked this dish and what me to make it for our friends sometime. I also tried the broccoli recipe listed with this dish and we enjoyed it as well.

    We heated the glaze and used it to baste while gilling. Then sliced it and served with reserved heated glaze. It was excellent.
