super good though I added too much oil since I only had a lb of spinach. I also think the garlic should be added a bit sooner as I personally like it a bit more cooked. I think minced would be okay too. Finally, I added more lemon than it called (a whole halved lemon squeezed. Perhaps I didn't squeeze it enough : This is really good and easy to make. I think I actually cooked it a little longer than it specified (maybe a few minutes extra.

Made tonight for my husbands b-day and we enjoyed it, only thing i would change is the amount of garlic recipe calls for. It adds flavor but its too much of a garlic taste, i had to pick some out of my spinach.

I'm not a fan of green veggies usually, but this was TASTY. I made no additions/substitutions to the ingredients. The high heat and different flavors took away the typical bitter spinach taste. Oh, I didn't take the time to trim the stems, and it still worked.

This spinach was so easy. I also added a little parmesan cheese at the end. (Regianno of course. Try this even if you're not a huge spinach fan.

Mark Pasignajen here. This is the simplest and easiest of the sauteed spinach recipes. The lemon idea was good; it adds another dimension. Like in all good pepper dishes, use freshly cracked, not the shaker.

I just cooked this side dish tonight and it was very good. I don't usually like spinach, but i just added alittle more salt and it was great. Very quick and easy.
