Unbelievable sauce! Had unique enough ingredients that I had to try it! Needless to say the horseradish sauce is left over. There is barely a tablespoon of the cornichon tarragon sauce. Would be fabulous on a roasted chicken as well. Wonderful Christmas dinner.

So easy and so amazing. Had a dinner party on the fly. Everyone loved it. There wasn't the tiniest of leftover available for the next day. I wanted to make it the next day so just my husband and I could really savor it. By the time I sat down to dinner there wasn't much left for me to taste.

I always reach for this recipe when we have a special occasion and I love it. I make the sauce without the cornichons and its still great.

Hadn't done a tenderloin in a while and this turned out just great! Had a chef friend over and he ate every bite--but very few people will cook for a chef. He's a great friend so he would have liked anything we made. But I thought this was great and very tasty.
