    my husband is from mexico and we have this all the time, we use mayo, lime juice and chili power and cojita cheese to make ours, i haven't ate this recipe, but it is great.. sounds strange at first, but all i serve too love it.
    Plus I do cook by many of this chefs recipes at home, he is an excellent cook to get ricipes from.
