Sauteed Mashed Potato Cakes

Leftover mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter
Flour, for dredging
Salt, pepper, to taste
Form small cakes with mashed potatoes. Dredge cakes in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat skillet with oil and butter. Saute cakes in skillet until brown on both sides.
