    I made this cake for a dinner party and everyone raved about it. The cream cheese icing is to die for! Because the recipe had cocoa in it, I shaved chocolate over the top with the pecans and it really brought out the chocolate flavor. Will definately make this again!

    I made it for a friends b-day dinner party and it turned out great. I got rave reviews from friends on how delish the cake was.
    Easy to make, very moist, not overly sweet. I would make it again.

    I made this cake yesterday, and it was very easy. I think the best part was the icing. I din't eat any, but everyone said it was delicious!

    Use apple sauce for some of the oil to reduce fat, add extra cocoa for a heightened chocolate flavor, and don't use more than 3.25 cups powdered sugar for the frosting. This cake is awesome by itself, but tastes great when adapted for a slightly less fattening treat. USE THIS RECIPE ONLY!
