I just finished eating this and I love it! I did a couple of things differently: I added a couple of tablespoons of Habanero Tomato Relish to the green chiles. I didn't have whole chiles, so I used the chopped chiles I already had. I used my mixer to blend the egg and sour cream. Because there's just my husband and I, I cut the recipe in half. Next time, I'm going to add some cilantro or green onion to the mixture and see what happens. It could have used a bit more salt, but that can be added. Loved that I had all the ingredients and it didn't take a lot of time to prepared. Served with homefries. Will definitely make it again!

This dish was great! I added Rotel brand diced tomatoes and green chilies and cooked bacon bits to the top of the eggs. I also added shredded cheese to the dish the last five minutes of cooking. Yummmy!

I served this for our Mother's Day brunch. Everyone loved it. Thanks for the easy and delicious recipe. Besides the sour cream, salsa and guacamole on the side, we also served tortilla chips which was a nice addition to the dish.

I didn't follow this exactly-it was just more of a suggestion that worked out well. One can of green chili's, a package of shred. monterey jack, spash of cream, whole container of egg beaters 4 tablespoons sour cream and salt/pepper to taste. Topped the dish with sliced tomato and cheddar-it was delish! Thanks for the idea Sarah! Hubby ate it up.

I went on the internet this morning to find an easy egg bake for breakfast with what I already had at home.
I thought I had mild green chilis but realized when i opened the can, they were jalapenos. So I used them. I also didn't have monterey jack cheese, but i had a taco blend so I used that instead. I cut the recipe in half and baked it in a casserole dish. Yummy!

I substituted egg whites and low-fat cheese and sour cream, and it wasn't too bad. It's probably a four-star with the real stuff. I halved the recipe and put it in an 8x8 pan, which worked out well. It still took the same amount of time.

I just made this...but I halved the recipe, using 5 eggs, 1 cup sour cream and a can of chopped green chiles. Mine wasn't heavy at all and was such a simple, easy task. I would recommend to anyone.
