Just a little too spicy for us

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
I love Sara's recipes because so many of them are simple as was this one. I was looking for an easy shrimp dish for a Sunday... night. This seemed to fit the bill except that I would cut back on the hot ret pepper flakes next time. It was just a little too spicy for us and my husband really llikes heat in his meals. I served it with linguine and a little pasta water as a sauce with a side salad and it was just enough with some leftover for another day. I love fresh rosemary in dishes and always keep some growing on my windowsill in the cooler weather. As another reviewer suggested, the next time I might try fresh oregano instead of the rosemary. OMG!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I had not found a recipe for shrimp that I loved. But when I ran into this one and saw the rave reviews, I decided to try... it. It was so quick and easy to prepare and I too added angel hair pasta to the pan. I paired it with a white wine and the flavors were incredible. My whole family loved it, the only thing I changed the next time I made it was the quantity because everyone had loved it so much they all had seconds and I ran out of food. This recipe is a keeper!!!!Read more

    WOW!!

Without an oven that was being repaired I needed something that could be made on the stove and with ingredients I had on... hand. I found this recipe and noticed all the great reviews. I used rosemary olive oil and butter. I sauteed 4 sea scallops before I added the shrimp. I too served over angel hair pasta......It was fabulous! We didn't find it too spicy at all. It was definently quick and easy and delicious all rolled into one. What more could you ask for...Read more

    Good and Easy!

This was so quick and easy to prepare. I paired it with fresh fettuccine which I added to the shrimp pan at the end, along... with a small ladle of the pasta water to help coat the noodles. I also garnished with fresh chopped parsley. I moved it all to a room temperature serving bowl to stop the noodles from cooking and it made a nice presentation. Will make again! Thanks Sara!Read more

    Quick and Easy Perfection

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
As an amateur home chef, I cooked this as a surprise for my wife and she absolutely loved it. She couldn't believe it was... that easy. I took the advice of the others that have reviewed this recipe and paired it with some pasta - a fettuccine in a melted butter and garlic sauce, the results were off the charts! Read more
