I made these tonight and my family loved them. I added a tbsp. of my favorite BBQ sauce to the recipe and they were very tasty. I also served them on homemade buns and used ancho chile powder to dress up some mayo. It worked really well with the salsa. This recipe is a keeper!

I made this recipe exactly as written. The salsa was delicious, but the turkey burgers were inedible. Maybe a misprint in the proportions for the creole seasoning and the salt?????? Really disappointing.

I made this recipe for dinner and it was a success!! The burgers were juicy and the tomato/corn salsa on top was great.

Absolutely delicious! I substituted Caribbean Jerk Seasoning instead of Creole and sprinkled with seasoned salt when frying. I also omitted the baking part and fried the whole time - really moist - so much so that when cutting, the juices ran out - wonderful! I will definitely keep this recipe handy.

These turkey burgers were a real surprise. With the salsa on top they were excellent, moist and juicy. No leftovers!!!

I was skeptical that a turkey burger could please my red meat eating husband, but he loved this burger! The onion and red pepper keep it from drying out, and all the flavors make it so tasty! He ate 3 of them (which rather defeats the purpose of going healthy with turkey, but it was better than 3 red meat burgers! Even if you're not going for the healthy aspect, this is just a very tasty burger.
