Sara's Baked Side of Salmon

  • 1 whole salmon side (2 to 3 pounds)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle the salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wrap the salmon in foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound.
