I just retired a few months ago so I now have time to do some of the cooking.(somthing I rarely did before. This recipe was very easy to follow and the taste was great. It surprised both of us that I could make such a delious meal. I made this twice first time I made stuffed Tilapia and the second time sole. We highly recommend this recipe.

This fish dish is the best. For a family meal I used talapi and layered into a casserole dish instead of individual stuffed portions. The stuffing tastes great and would be good with any fish. My family loves it and I now fix it frequently for them.
