Made this for a luncheon party and everyone loved it. One attendant is actually Nigerian and she loved it as well. Will make again!

This meal is delicious, hearty and very easy to make, even with 3 kids who are 5 and under running around. It has become a once a week meal for us. My husband and I call it "Magic Stew".

I must admit that I do not watch Sahra
every day I have watch the show once
although I watch food network all the
time however today 2-6-06 your show
caught my attention I Love beef stew
and have been looking for just such a recipe good and spicy this recipe taste delicious I will be checking from now on for more exciting recipe. I was so
impressed with this recipe I took the
time to look up and join the food network online. I think the chicken
bouillon add the extraordinary touch
very very good.
