We didn't like this dish at all. it was not what we were expecting I guess. It was very custard-like.

Happy Thanksgiving! Doubled the recipe and made two dishes. No left-overs. Did not add the onion, extra toasted walnuts.

I finally found the corn pudding my mom, Grace Parker, used to make for us as children. It's a great recipe and easy to make on a busy day. Ask your mom for those recipes while you can.

I tried this recipe out for Thanksgiving this year largely because I was glad to see that you could use milk instead of cream. I added some thyme, italian seasoning, and scallions. It came out great!!

i spilled half of it on the floor and added the eggs halfway through by accident & it still turned out good. very resilient dish. definitely try the bread crumbs/saltines on top.

vey easy, although I thought it would be creamier. I mixed the herb mixture with bread crumbs to make a crunchy topping.
