I made these for a dinner party and they went over very well. I did make a few changes... I rolled out the puff pastry and was able to make 36 individual bites. I also greased the mini-muffin pans first. I added a 1 inch cube of brie and then maybe a half teaspoon of raspberry preserves. I also let them cook for a total of 18 minutes. definitely a crowd pleaser!

First time I tried working with puff pastry and boy was I pleased!! You have to be a brie cheese fan to LOVE these, maybe next time I will try cream cheese instead to please the brie haters. Very tasty

I made these for the first time for Thanksgiving and they wouldn't come out of the mini muffin pan. I didn't grease the pan because I thought there was enough fat in the puff pastry and the recipe made no mention about having to do so. I had to pry them out with a knife-what a mess! Next time I'll stick to the brie en croute recipe from pepperidge farm-it's easier and less clean up.

I made these for a b-day party. I used mini puff pastry phyllo cups (store bought. I put a 1/2 inch piece of brie in the cup and made sure that I filled it up with cranberry sauce. I baked it for 5 mins and served.
I made over 95 of these for 30 people and I couldn't make them fast enough! Everyone loved them! I will be making them again for Thanksgiving.

Good recipe, but the cooking time is not accurate in the recipe. Everytime I have made this recipe it has taken double the time to bake.

These are so great as appetizers. On the show they rolled out the puff pastry, but it isn't mentioned in the recipe. Make sure to roll the dough thinner or else the pastry won't bake all the way through before it gets too brown. Just don't overload the mini muffin cups and they will turn out great. I use a little less than 1 Tbl. of sauce and a 1/2 domino size of brie so they don't bubble over.

I serve the brie bites with cold champagne (sparkling wine as an appetizer. Everybody loves them. They are rather big and maybe next time I will use the mini muffin pan.
