We enjoyed these. A great appetizer for Thanksgiving day. I think the puff pastry needs to be rolled out a bit, though, so it doesn't overtake the brie/cranberry sauce.

These appetizers went over in a big way. I used regular size muffin tins and the result was beautiful. I'll definitely make these over and over again.

This was a great recipe! I used the whole berry canned cranberry sauce. Next time I am going to try different cheeses and toppings! Everyone loved them!

I made these for a birthday party. I bought the already made pastry pie cups, and just placed the brie in them. That was a sinch. I have made these several differnt times- each time trying a different topping. Orange marmalade was delicious!

I used regular muffin tins so mine were 2-3 bites, but everyone loved them. I also used apricot preserves and added pine nuts. This recipe can definitely be played with and made your own.

I made these for a New Years party and they were a huge hit! They were the first thing finished and the host of the part was a certified chef. I made one small change: I used crescent roll dough instead of puff pastry. I just rolled it fairly thin before putting in the muffin tins.

This were tasty enough, but the brie and cranberry sauce bubbled over. I tried varying the cooking time and temperature but I had no luck. I still served them to guests, but they did not look amazing

I used homemade cranberry sauce and these were terrific! Also used some apricot jam on a few. We found baking about 9 minutes (convection was perfect.
