Very tasty - but if you are counting carbsand truly aiming for low carb, the water chestnuts blow it. There are about 15 grams carbohydrates per 1/2 cup of water chestnut.

This recipe is very easy, and it tastes very good. It is more than enough for two people, and is great for leftovers. I strongly recommend it. It would also be good as a wrap.
