This is yummy. I dialed back the heat so my daughter would eat it and it was a hit. I didn't have time to marinate it and it was still yummy. The sauce was a little loose in the pan so I thickened it up in a saucepan with a cornstarch slury. We're looking forward to leftovers tonight.

This a perfect make ahead meal. Especially when out of town visitors arrive. Make it the night before, pop it into the oven after a day of sight seeing. I make my rice in a rice cooker. I serve it with a fresh veg (usually steamed broccoli or a salad. Rave reviews...always!

    Loved it!
I made the chicken only. Had to make a few modifications to accommodate what I had on hand. Used fresh chopped shallots instead of the frozen onions. Also left out the chili sauce as I didnt have any (subbed a few dashes of Tobasco, but its not quite the same, so I wouldn't recommend it Really delicious. My husband loved it too, and he can be picky. If you don't like spicy, leave out the pepper flakes and chili sauce and it will still be awesome!

The flavor is incredible!!! I chose to skip the rice and broccoli, for a Mediteranean Curry couscous. I left out the curry and anything remotely spicy from the seasonings because our 1 and 4-yr-old wouldn't like it. I was afraid I might ruin the taste by taking so many spices out, but the curry-flavored couscous was the PERFECT compliment and it had even our pickiest eater coming back for thirds!!! Thanks for a winning recipe that will stay in our family for years!

I think people that don't like this recipe don't like curry or spicey. I made this as stated with whole grain dijon mustard because that's all I had. I steamed the broccoli and used my rice cooker for the rice. All I can say is that we loved it and it was very hard to not just keep eating it! It was a bit spicey for my daughters taste, but my husband and I loved it. The chicken thighs were very tender and moist! A keeper!

My family and I were very happy with the chicken! I found it to be very easy and it is a great make ahead meal. I only used the chicken part of this recipe and it was very good.

I get so irritated when I read the low rated reviews by people who don't know how to adjust spices for their own preference or who didnt even taste the meal. If something has red pepper flakes, dijon mustard and hot chili sauce in it, yeah, it'll likely be spicy. You may try omitting a spice if you are sensitive rather than panning the recipe. I'll admit this dish has a certain aroma that may be more pleasing to some than others, but for goodness sake, take a bite. My ten year old can, you can. And she loved it. My family was bored by the same old chicken and this was a refreshing change. I served it with the Neely's " Perfect Rice" and it was a hit.
