Loved this! This is perfect because it's not too cheesy or quiche like. It reheats well in the oven the next day too.

This is a fantastically simple and yummy recipe, the only reason it didn't get five stars is b/c nothing is perfect.

What a great recipe! I used 1 whole egg and 2 whites, and it turned out great! If you don't like smoked cheese, you could probably substitute plain gouda or cheddar.

Great combo of flavors. The smoked Gouda is a must. I used a mandoline for the zucchini, and a pie plate. Will definitely make this one again!!

I wanted to use my new small tart tin and had a case of zucchini so tried this recipe. Shared the tarts - what raves!!! I felt like a gourmet cook!

With an excess of garden zucchini, I looked for a quick and easy dish. Instead of puff pastry, I used a refrigerated pie crust which was faster. I substituted italian-style diced tomatoes for the regular ones and Mozzarella for the Gouda since I didn't have any on hand. It turned out great and it didn't last long at my table.

This was so good! The smoked gouda really made it. But it did take longer to make than I expected.

This is a great dish. Easy enough to make but a bit lengthy because of cooling time. Make in advance.
