Just like Mom use to make. Made me feel good about something my mom use to make all the time. We had alot of apples and I needed another way to fix them. They are sooooooo goooooood.

We enjoyed this recipe very much. It was fast and easy. Great with pork or after the meal.

So good and simple. I've made it several times - always with Fuji apples because they are my favorite. The only problem is you need a large pan because the apples taste best sliced thin.
