    We followed the recipe exactly and the soup was watery and bland... I feel as though we must have missed a step, but I can't figure out where. For those of you who really enjoyed the dish, can you think of any key step that might have been unclear in the instructions? For example, was there a point at which the broth was supposed to be reduced? Or were the butter/egg mixture and the broth supposed to be emulsified?
