    My husband and I really enjoyed the stew. The couscous is an acquired taste. I think the next time I make it, I will make the stew along with white rice or pasta.. The stew was so tasty and satisfying, and a great way to use all of the rotisserie chicken.. Delicious!!!

    I did not care for this recipe at all. It was not that easy to make. It makes a lot. I think that I followed the recipe exactly, but I found the flavors did not come together well. The sauce was too thick for my taste.

    I'm 26 years old and my family is always trying to find a way that I will eat veggies, and this is it. My mother made it and it was wonderful!!! The couscous is just sweet enough, and the stew is great in the winter or summer. She said it was quick and easy, and my daughter also likes it. I get a craving for it, and nothing else will do. Try it....its great!!!
