I love this recipe! It's wonderful for entertaining outdoors in the summer. The sweet sauce balances out the spicy meat. Yum! I use the rub throughout the year on different meats. You can't go wrong. One of my favorites!

My son wanted pork chops for his birthday dinner, I found this one recipe. I followed the directions exactly, except I did it on a gas grill. This was so good, my kids loved it. I paired it with roasted potatoes and grilled red peppers. I will make this again and will try it on other meat.

this is the best thing anyone ever thought of doing for pork chops. The only thing I left out ws the tomato. I make it over and over for everyone I can!

This was a huge hit tonight! Even from one diner who asked not to have her meat "fruited" up. The rub is awesome. The sauce is spectacular. We paired this with grilled asparagus with minced garlic, grilled red potatoes and sliced strawberries. It was the perfect menu. We are even planning this for the annual 4th of July BBQ celebration. We slow cooked it at a low temp. and smoked the chops. Perfectly crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside.

Made this recipe to go with pork tenderloin. The rub was very good. I ground my own allspice and used the same measurement which to me overpowered the ginger and peaches. Next time I will delete the orange juice and using the juice from the fresh peaches instead. As others noted, reduced for much longer to create a thicker compote. I did not run through a blender so there would be more texture.

I have been making this recipe for years, exactly according to the recipe. This year, I plan to actually can this barbeque sauce when the tomatoes and peaches are in season. I will put it in gift baskets along with a bag of the dry spice and the recipe instructions. We'll see how the family and friends like it!

Followed all rules EXCEPT did not use charcoal grill. Have big gas outdoor grill with 4 burners. We placed each chop on the hot grills for approx 2 minutes each side. We then turned off all burners, shut the lid and let the grill act as an oven. Chops were all very tender, We also included fresh corn on the cob. The best BBQ pork dinner resulted, This is a terrific recipe.

The unique flavor combination for the dry rub made these chops tangy, delicious & a great surprise from an ordinary chop. The sweet peach BBQ sauce was the perfect companion to unique spice blend of the rub. It is nice to have a savory recipe for all the sweet peaches genoerously donated from my neighbor's tree. Between the cobbler, crumb cake, muffins & the chops shared with the neighbor's, I think there will be many more peaches shared next year. FYI, I did some chicken drumettes with the extra rub & sauce which also works very nicely with the flavor profile.

My brother-in-law said they were the best pork chops he had ever eaten and my husband loved them, too.

I did this when I had a lot of fresh peaches to use up. The rub turned out to be great on everything. I made up a lot of it and used it on bone in chicken for the grill! Spicy and tangy recipe. Nice change from regular pork chops!
