This is,if not the best pork tenderloin marinade I've found to date. I've made this many times for a number of different family memebers and quests. It has always been fabulous. Thanks so much.

Fantastic! However, I did modify the cooking method since I was unable to grill: (I only had 2lbs of tenderlion, 3lbs is a bit much for the two of us First, I marinated the pork overnight in the fridge in a Ziploc bag. (bring to room temp prior to cooking Using a cast iron skillet, I seared the pork in a bit of vegetable oil to brown all sides. Then I placed the skillet uncovered, in a 375 oven until my insta-thermo told me it was done - about 20 min. (I turned the pork once Tented with aluminum foil for 5-10 min. Sliced up and finished with the sauce and a bit of green onion - YUM-O! Leftovers were 'wraps' the next day for lunch which several co-workers were drooling over. Sara/Charlie, this one is a winner!

We made this for a large church dinner, and everyone loved it. I added orange zest and garlic, of course and marinated it overnight and it was so delicious. It is even good cold in a salad with an oriental dressing. Enjoy!
