    How does one "Lay each steak flat on the counter and tie each one horizontally so that the meat forms a tight, round package."? A picture or more detailed description would help.
    We stopped at this point in the recipe, unsure of how to proceed. We'd like to try it, but we also want to be sure we're doing it right......
