This was such a unique dish, and easy too. The orange flavor from the cups really added a great surprise ending!

This was NOT a good recipe. I don't see why there are all these good reviews... If you have to add things to a recipe then it's not a good recipe. It doesn't have enough flavor. I added brown sugar, honey, nutmeg, cinamon and vanilla... That's a lot to add to a recipe..

I tried this two years ago, Christmas. My family doesn't like yams much, but I do. To make a long story short, I cannot now show up to a family holiday meal without making this yummy, pretty dish!

I decided to make one more side dish the night before Thanksgiving. I add brown sugar and cinnamon like another person suggested. They turned out perfectly. When I reheated to melt the marshmellow, I did it when my father was craving the turkey. It was perfect timing.

Great hoiliday idea. Made it for Christmas and have been asked to do a repeat. The orange cups make it all the better.

    Absolutely Wonderful! ! !
The orange cups were an eye catcher at the table. My guests were intrigued by their uniqueness and tasted them first. They loved them. They were quite a conversation piece too. I made mine in advance and they were very easy to prepare. Thanks Paula for sharing this recipe! I love your show. You're a doodle!!!!

I made this for Thanksgiving at my aunt's house. She is a wonderful cook and she was impressed with this simple dish. It was easy to prepare (a must because I had a late start in preparing it and I recieved several compliments on it.

We made these the last two Thanksgivings and are now becoming a fast traditional dish. This last year we added some brown sugar and cinnamon for a sweeter version-really good too. This is great how it is pre-portioned and the morning of, you can make fresh squeezed orange juice with the needed shells.
