I thought that in the TV episode Sarah said to bake at 325 degrees.

    What temperature did you use?

Mu friends loved this cheesecake recipe. It is great considering how super it is to make. The only thing I would change is to add some lemon zest if you like a more lemony cake. I also was able to use this is a base for more "exotic" cheesecake by adding a chocolate cookie crust (replaced oreos for graham crackers and added a layer of carmel sauce in the middle, added rest of cake mix and topped with swirls of more carmel sauce (my friends prefered the plain in the end.

I followed this simply recipe to the T and the cheese cake rose beautifully then flattened. But then it had a funny coloring on the top and tasted sugary and not very smooth. I was disappointed.
