This would have to be my favorite baked bean recipe i have tried thus far. It was delicious. The beans were tender and the sauce was simple but very tasty.

Great but put in 2 to 3 large country style ribs, decrease the chicken stock and add one cup dark beer. Also instead or decrees red cayenne pepper add chipotle chilies. Hot Hot Hot can be done in a crock pot for 6 hours on high.
