As if burger's couldn't get any yummier...along came this super simple Onion Burger!
I cook with turkey, not beef. So sometimes the turkey is a little on the dull side. Adding the onion to the turkey liven's it up!
Second time around I not only added the onion, but I also added sliced jalapeno peppers. Amazingly yummy!

These burgers were incredibly easy to make, and were very delicious. They cook quickly, and the thinly sliced onions added a great, subtle flavor. From now on, I'm making burgers this way!
